Andries le Grange
Andries started his career with Ernst & Young, progressing from auditing to business advisory before entering the private sector, where he held executive management positions before moving back to the consulting field.
As a consultant he offers a balance between theoretical knowledge and practical experience. One of his strengths is to focus on the financial and commercial management of organisations, and he has the ability to facilitate the translation of corporate strategy into practical implementation. In this regard he uses his experience of various frameworks for project management, change management, business process mapping & design, job profiling, performance management and the integration of ICT systems.
In the field of corporate governance, internal auditing, and enterprise risk management (ERM), Andries served for 4 years on the executive committee of the Namibian Institute of Internal Auditors. He completed various projects dealing with corporate governance reviews, facilitation and review of ERM assessments, control design & compliance effectiveness reviews (including SOX-related projects) and general project risk & assurance work.
Andries’s industry experience ranges from national government projects, mining, tourism & hospitality, fishing, marine engineering, to working in multi-disciplinary corporate environments that include manufacturing, agriculture, retail and ICT industries.
