Eric A Milton
Eric has over 20 years of experience as a Management Consultant. He was a Partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers in its Consulting practice and after a period as an independent consultant is now a Director of FutureLead. He has a proven capability of building and managing profitable business entities. He has extensive experience in corporate strategy, process improvement and information systems and technology. Through process improvement, cost reduction and change management techniques, he has achieved significant business benefits at a corporate, departmental and process level. He has developed IT strategies and carried out IT assessments for a variety of clients, he has project managed of a number of system implementations and IT project “rescues”. The latter includes a client using world-class point-of-sale, banking and financial systems (SAP). He has managed systems selection projects, from definition of requirements, through to selection and ultimately contracting. He has implemented packages such as SAP, JD Edwards, HiPortfolio, Great Plains and Accpac.
Eric has worked with clients in the financial services, manufacturing, retail and local government sectors. He is an experienced team player, bringing enthusiasm and energy to group efforts.
