Peter has over 17 years of professional management consulting experience, and is a former associate director of an international "Big Five" management consultancy. His former career - prior to consulting - includes the project management of large multi-disciplinary capital projects, plus broad general management experience as the factory manager of an industrial manufacturing operation. His primary consulting focus areas are corporate strategy, organisational transformation, business process re-engineering, information technology application, manufacturing, maintenance, operations management, project management, commercialisation, feasibility reviews and outsourcing. Industry sector experience, both local and international, includes financial services, chemical, petro-chemical, food, agriculture, packaging, transport, medical aids, utilities, education, gaming, environmental conservation and public sector reform.
